The "Karloff" music player was coded by Motion to bring Virgill's tune across
from the Game Boy Advance to the Amiga and have some fun along the way. A big
thanks to Olympian/Spectrox for supporting the idea and to Leonard of Oxygene
for his excellent 'L-Packer', which shaved off many kb's making it fit here!

NOTE: The menu is best viewed on Kick 1.x and 2.x, the ANSI code to suppress
      text output doesn't work correctly under Kick 3.x, causing the menu to
      shift up the screen, a known issue ...oh well! :)

      In this instance, pressing ESCAPE will redisplay the menu.
